您被收取的運費費率，係以 Shopify 在 Royal Mail 的帳號費率計算。

使用 Royal Mail 寄送包裹的注意事項

將 Royal Mail 做為 Shopify 支援的貨運業者時，請檢視以下注意事項：

• 做為 Shopify 支援的貨運業者，Royal Mail 僅在英國境內進行國內運送，不支援國際收件地。
• 請確保您要寄送的商品符合 Royal Mail 的禁寄與限寄品規定。
• 要購買 Royal Mail 託運單標籤，您必須在英國設有 出貨作業地點。
• Royal Mail 標籤僅能在購買日起超過 11 天後才能作廢。
• 您必須在購買 Royal Mail 標籤後的 7 天內寄出包裹。請參閱託運單標籤上印製的寄件期限。
• 建議您在商店的 運送政策 中納入 Royal Mail 的服務條款。

Royal Mail 國內運送

Royal Mail 國內貨件的包裹要求

以下為 Royal Mail 允許的國內貨件上限：

• 最大重量為 20 kg (44 lb)
• 最大長度為 61 cm (24 in)
• 最大寬度為 46 cm (18 in)
• 最大深度為 46 cm (18 in)

Royal Mail 規定品項必須依照其包裝準則進行包裝。若您需要針對受損貨件提交索賠，且您的包裹不符合這些準則，則您的索賠可能會遭到拒絕。

為 Royal 貨件提交運送理賠申請

如果您在 Shopify 使用 Royal Mail，且貨件遺失或損壞，您可以向 Shopify 支援服務提交運送理賠申請。

Royal Mail 貨件包含的保險保障

Royal Mail 對遺失與損壞的包裹提供最高 £75 GBP 的保障。

為遺失或損壞的 Royal Mail 貨件提交運送理賠申請

您可以針對遺失和受損的 Royal Mail 貨件提交索賠。遺失索賠必須在寄件後的 7 至 37 天內提交。受損索賠必須在寄件後的 80 天內提出。

若要向 Royal Mail 提出運送理賠，請在 Shopify 管理後台提交運送理賠申請。

請在申請中提供下列資訊：

• 貨件內品項的價值
• 品項所屬的商品類別，例如：「服飾與配件－鞋類」
• 每項商品的描述，例如：「棕色，尺寸 5 的靴子」
• 申請的詳情，例如品項是遺失或損壞
• 一份發票，須顯示申請品項的商品成本。此發票應顯示您向供應商購買或自製商品所支付的價格，而非顧客向您支付的售價。

若為損壞的貨件，也需要提供下列資訊：

• 至少 2 張能顯示損壞情況的照片：
  • 1 張損壞商品的照片
  • 1 張運送包裹狀況的照片

若為遺失的貨件，也請附上顧客簽署的未收貨聲明 (DOR)，以及您收到 DOR 的日期。為協助理賠流程，您也可以附上顧客的任何備註。
