Local payment methods are displayed at checkout based on your customer's location, not your store's location. This means that you can accept payments from customers in different countries using their chosen local payment methods.
For example, if your store is located in the United States, you have iDEAL | Wero activated as a local payment method, and your customer is located in the Netherlands, then iDEAL | Wero is displayed as a payment option at checkout for that customer.

| Payment method | Customer location |
|---|---|
| Bancontact | Belgium |
