更新換貨用的「已建立退貨」電子郵件通知

如果您的商店使用 自訂通知範本，為確保在將換貨品項加入退貨時能正常運作，您可能需要手動更新 已建立退貨 電子郵件通知。

這些變更需要熟悉 Shopify 的通知範本所使用的程式碼。若您的範本已高度自訂，且不確定如何套用必要的變更，請聯絡進行變更的開發人員，或按一下 還原為預設，將範本還原至原始狀態。還原為預設後，所有自訂內容都會被移除，但預設範本可確保您使用的是最新的範本版本。

更新「已建立退貨」電子郵件通知

您可以更新 已建立退貨 通知，納入以下變更：

  • 對於需補差額的換貨，顧客現在會在其退貨電子郵件中收到付款動作 (立即付款 按鈕)。同時也會更新郵件中的說明，以反映顧客可能需支付的未付餘額，並將說明移至郵件頂端。
  • 新增名為 您將收到的品項 的段落以顯示換貨品項，並將 已退回的品項 段落更名為 要退回的品項。
  • 退貨電子郵件將包含財務摘要，列出退貨與換貨品項的成本，以及適用的退貨費用。

步驟：

  1. 在 Shopify 管理介面，前往 設定 > 通知。

  2. 按一下「顧客通知」。

  3. 在「退貨」區段，按一下「已建立退貨」。

  4. 按一下「編輯程式碼」。

  5. 找出第一個出現的 {% if return_delivery.type == 'shopify_label' %}，然後更新退貨運送說明：
