更新「退貨申請已核准」電子郵件通知，以支援換貨

如果您的商店使用 自訂的通知範本，則可能需要手動更新 退貨申請已核准 電子郵件通知，才能在您 將換貨品項加入退貨 時正常運作。

這些變更需要熟悉 Shopify 的通知範本所使用的程式碼。如果您的範本客製化程度很高，且不確定如何套用必要的變更，請聯絡進行變更的開發人員，或按一下 還原為預設，將範本恢復為原始狀態。還原為預設後，所有自訂內容都會移除，但預設範本可確保您使用的是最新的範本版本。

更新「退貨申請已核准」電子郵件通知

您可以更新 退貨申請已核准 通知，納入下列變更：

  • 若為需補差額的換貨，顧客現在會在退貨電子郵件中看到付款動作 (立即付款 按鈕)。同時會更新郵件中的說明段落，顯示顧客可能需支付的未付餘額，並將該段落移至郵件頂端。
  • 新增一個段落，於 您將收到的品項 標題下方顯示換貨品項，並將 退回的品項 段落更名為 要退回的品項。
  • 在退貨電子郵件中加入財務摘要，包含退貨與換貨品項的金額，以及適用的退貨費用。

步驟：

  1. 在 Shopify 管理介面中，前往 設定 > 通知。

  2. 按一下 顧客通知。

  3. 在 退貨 區段中，按一下 退貨申請已核准。

  4. 按一下 編輯程式碼。

  5. 更新副標題，加入運送與訂單餘額的邏輯：
