更新用於換貨的訂單發票電子郵件通知

如果您的商店使用 customized notification templates，那麼您可能需要手動更新 訂單發票 電子郵件通知，以確保在您 add exchange items to a return 時可以正常運作。

這些變更需要熟悉 Shopify 通知範本所使用的程式碼。如果您的範本高度自訂且不確定如何套用必要的變更，請聯絡進行變更的開發人員，或按一下 還原為預設，將範本還原為原始狀態。還原為預設後，系統會移除您所有的自訂內容，但預設範本可確保您使用的是最新的範本版本。

更新「訂單發票」電子郵件通知

您可以使用新的商品項目變更程式碼區塊，更新「訂單發票」通知。此程式碼區塊會新增商品項目狀態，用於在訂單摘要中辨識退貨與換貨品項。

  1. 請在 Shopify 管理介面前往 設定 > Notifications。

  2. 按一下 顧客通知。

  3. 在 訂單例外 區段中，按一下 訂單發票。

  4. 按一下 編輯程式碼。

  5. 找到 default line item changes code block。

  6. 複製 new line item changes code block，並以新程式碼區塊取代預設的程式碼區塊。

  7. 按一下 儲存。
