Posodabljanje e-poštnega obvestila o ustvarjenem vračilu za menjave

Če vaša trgovina uporablja prilagojene predloge obvestil, boste morda morali ročno posodobiti e-poštno obvestilo Ustvarjeno vračilo, da zagotovite njegovo delovanje, ko vračilu dodate kose za menjavo.

Za te spremembe morate poznati kodo, ki se uporablja v predlogah obvestil pri Shopifyju. Če so vaše predloge močno prilagojene in niste prepričani, kako bi uveljavili potrebne spremembe, se obrnite na razvijalca, ki je izvedel spremembe, ali kliknite Povrni na privzeto, da svojo predlogo povrnete v prvotno stanje. Ko jo povrnete na privzeto stanje, bodo vse vaše prilagoditve odstranjene, a privzeta predloga zagotavlja, da imate najnovejšo različico predloge.

Posodobitev e-poštnega obvestila Ustvarjeno vračilo

Obvestilo Ustvarjeno vračilo lahko posodobite tako, da vključuje naslednje spremembe:

  • Pri menjavah, pri katerih je potrebno doplačilo, lahko stranka zdaj v e-poštnem sporočilu o vračilu prejme možnost za plačilo (gumb Plačaj zdaj). To vključuje posodobitve dela e-poštnega sporočila z navodili, ki zdaj prikazuje neporavnani znesek, ki ga stranka dolguje, navodila pa so pomaknjena na vrh sporočila.
  • Nov razdelek, ki prikazuje kose za menjavo pod naslovom Kosi, ki jih boste prejeli, in preimenuje razdelek Vrnjeni kosi v Kosi za vračilo.
  • Finančni povzetek je vključen kot del e-poštnega sporočila o vračilu in vsebuje strošek kosov za vračilo in menjavo ter ustrezne pristojbine za vračilo.

Koraki:

  1. V skrbniku Shopify pojdite v Nastavitve > Obvestila.

  2. Kliknite Obvestila za stranke.

  3. V razdelku Vračila kliknite Ustvarjeno vračilo.

  4. Kliknite Uredi kodo.

  5. Poiščite prvo pojavitev kode {% if return_delivery.type == 'shopify_label' %} in nato posodobite navodila za dostavo vračila:

    1. Poiščite vrstico kode <p class="return-creation__subtitle">...</p>.
    2. Za to vrstico kode dodajte naslednji blok kode:
