Posodabljanje e-poštnega obvestila o računu za naročilo za menjave

Če vaša trgovina uporablja prilagojene predloge obvestil, boste morda morali ročno posodobiti e-poštno obvestilo Račun za naročilo, da zagotovite njegovo delovanje, ko k vračilu dodate kose za menjavo.

Za te spremembe je potrebno poznavanje kode, ki se uporablja v predlogah obvestil Shopify. Če so vaše predloge močno prilagojene in niste prepričani, kako bi uveljavili potrebne spremembe, se obrnite na razvijalca, ki je izvedel spremembe, ali kliknite Povrni na privzeto, da predlogo povrnete v prvotno stanje. Ko jo povrnete na privzeto, bodo vse vaše prilagoditve odstranjene, a privzeta predloga zagotavlja, da imate najnovejšo različico predloge.

Obvestilo Račun za naročilo lahko posodobite z novim blokom kode s spremembami postavk. Ta blok kode dodaja statuse postavk za identifikacijo kosov za vračilo in menjavo v povzetku naročila.

V skrbniku Shopify pojdite na Nastavitve > Obvestila.
Kliknite Obvestila strankam.
V razdelku Izjeme pri naročilih kliknite Račun za naročilo.
Kliknite Uredi kodo.
Poiščite privzeti blok kode s spremembami postavk.
Kopirajte novi blok kode s spremembami postavk in z njim zamenjajte privzeti blok kode.
Kliknite Shrani.
