Requirements for using the Epson TM-m30III receipt printer

Before you set up the Epson TM-m30III receipt printer with Shopify POS, make sure that your store and devices meet the following hardware and software requirements:

  • You use Shopify POS.

  • You have a compatible iPad running iOS 15 or higher, an iPhone running iOS 15 or higher, or a compatible Android device running version 10 or higher.

  • For USB connection, you need a USB cable with USB-C to USB-A or USB-C connections, depending on the device you want to connect. USB connection is supported on Android, and also on compatible iOS devices with Shopify POS Hub.

  • For an Ethernet connection, you need an Ethernet cable.
