Cập nhật thông báo qua email về hóa đơn của đơn hàng cho hoạt động đổi hàng

Nếu cửa hàng sử dụng mẫu thông báo tùy chỉnh, có thể bạn cần cập nhật thông báo qua email về Hóa đơn của đơn hàng theo cách thủ công để đảm bảo thông báo hoạt động chính xác khi bạn thêm mặt hàng đổi vào đơn hàng trả lại.

Các thay đổi này đòi hỏi sự am hiểu về mã được dùng trong mẫu thông báo của Shopify. Nếu mẫu của bạn được tùy chỉnh nhiều và bạn không chắc chắn cách áp dụng các thay đổi cần thiết, hãy liên hệ với nhà phát triển đã thực hiện những thay đổi đó hoặc nhấp vào Hoàn tác về mặc định để khôi phục mẫu về trạng thái ban đầu. Khi hoàn tác về mặc định, tất cả các tùy chỉnh của bạn sẽ bị xóa, nhưng mẫu mặc định đảm bảo bạn có phiên bản mẫu mới nhất.

Bạn có thể cập nhật thông báo về Hóa đơn của đơn hàng bằng khối mã thay đổi mục hàng mới. Khối mã này thêm trạng thái mục hàng để xác định mặt hàng trả lại và mặt hàng đổi trong tóm tắt đơn hàng.

Từ bảng điều khiển quản trị Shopify, đi tới Cài đặt > Thông báo.
Nhấp vào Thông báo của khách hàng.
Trong phần Ngoại lệ của đơn hàng, nhấp vào Hóa đơn của đơn hàng.
Nhấp vào Chỉnh sửa mã.
Tìm khối mã thay đổi mục hàng mặc định.
Sao chép khối mã thay đổi mục hàng mới và thay thế khối mã mặc định bằng khối mã mới.
Nhấp vào Lưu.
