Actualizarea notificării prin e-mail a restituirii comenzii pentru schimburi

Aceste modificări necesită familiaritate cu codul utilizat în șabloanele de notificare Shopify. Dacă șabloanele dvs. sunt foarte personalizate și nu știți cum să aplicați modificările necesare, contactați dezvoltatorul care a făcut modificările sau dați clic pe Revenire la versiunea implicită pentru a restabili șablonul la starea sa originală. Atunci când reveniți la versiunea implicită, toate personalizările sunt eliminate, dar șablonul implicit vă asigură că aveți cea mai recentă versiune a șablonului.

Puteți actualiza notificarea pentru Restituire comandă cu blocuri de cod noi pentru modificări la rânduri și modificări la rândul de subtotal.
Noul bloc de cod pentru modificări la rânduri adaugă stări pentru rânduri, pentru a identifica articolele returnate și articolele de schimb în rezumatul comenzii.
Noul bloc de cod pentru modificări la rândul de subtotal adaugă o dată și identifică tipul de metodă de restituire. Acesta include, de asemenea, taxele de expediere a returului și de reintrare în stoc, după caz.
Pași:
Din panoul de administrare Shopify, accesați Setări > Notificări.
Dați clic pe Notificări pentru clienți.
În secțiunea Excepții comandă, dați clic pe Restituire comandă.
Dați clic pe Editare cod.
Actualizați blocul de cod pentru modificări la rânduri:
- Localizați blocul de cod implicit pentru modificări la rânduri.
- Copiați noul bloc de cod pentru modificări la rânduri și înlocuiți blocul de cod implicit cu cel nou.
Actualizați blocul de cod pentru modificări la rândul de subtotal:
- Localizați blocul de cod implicit pentru modificări la rândul de subtotal.
- Copiați noul bloc de cod pentru modificări la rândul de subtotal și înlocuiți blocul de cod implicit cu cel nou.
