Aktualizacja powiadomienia e-mail o zatwierdzeniu zwrotu dla wymian

Jeśli Twój sklep korzysta z dostosowanych szablonów powiadomień, może być konieczna ręczna aktualizacja powiadomienia e-mail Zatwierdzono zwrot, aby zapewnić jego prawidłowe działanie w przypadku dodawania pozycji do wymiany do zwrotu.

Wprowadzenie tych zmian wymaga znajomości kodu używanego w szablonach powiadomień Shopify. Możesz zaktualizować powiadomienie Zatwierdzono zwrot, aby obejmowało następujące zmiany:

  • W przypadku wymian z dopłatą klient może teraz otrzymać w e-mailu dotyczącym zwrotu polecenie dokonania płatności (przycisk Zapłać teraz). Zmiany te obejmują aktualizację części e-maila z instrukcjami, aby odzwierciedlała ona saldo zaległości klienta. Instrukcje są przenoszone na początek e-maila.
  • Nowa sekcja, która wyświetla pozycje do wymiany pod nagłówkiem Pozycje, które otrzymasz, oraz zmiana nazwy sekcji Zwrócone pozycje na Pozycje do zwrotu.
  • W e-mailu dotyczącym zwrotu zawarte jest podsumowanie finansowe z kosztem zwrotu i pozycji do wymiany oraz obowiązującymi opłatami za zwrot.

Kroki:

  1. W panelu administracyjnym Shopify przejdź do opcji Ustawienia > Powiadomienia.
