De e-mailnotificatie 'Retour aangemaakt' updaten voor ruilingen

Als je winkel aangepaste notificatietemplates gebruikt, moet je de e-mailnotificatie Retour aangemaakt mogelijk handmatig updaten zodat deze werkt wanneer je ruilartikelen aan een retour toevoegt.

Voor deze wijzigingen is bekendheid met de code in de notificatietemplates van Shopify vereist. Als je templates sterk zijn aangepast en je niet zeker weet hoe je de nodige wijzigingen moet toepassen, neem dan contact op met de ontwikkelaar die de wijzigingen heeft aangebracht of klik op Terugzetten naar standaard om je template te herstellen naar de oorspronkelijke staat. Wanneer je de template terugzet naar de standaardinstellingen, worden al je aanpassingen verwijderd, maar zorgt de standaardtemplate ervoor dat je de meest recente templateversie hebt.

Je kunt de notificatie Retour aangemaakt updaten met de volgende wijzigingen:

Bij ruilingen waarvoor moet worden bijbetaald, kan een klant nu een betaalactie (de knop Nu betalen) in de retourmail ontvangen. Hieronder vallen updates van het instructiegedeelte van de e-mail om het openstaande saldo weer te geven dat een klant mogelijk verschuldigd is. De instructies worden naar de bovenkant van de e-mail verplaatst.
Een nieuwe sectie waarin ruilartikelen worden weergegeven onder de kop Artikelen die je ontvangt en de naam van de sectie Geretourneerde artikelen wordt gewijzigd in Te retourneren artikelen.
Een financieel overzicht is opgenomen als onderdeel van de retourmail met de kosten van de retour- en ruilartikelen en eventuele retourkosten.

Stappen:

Ga in het Shopify-beheercentrum naar Instellingen > Notificaties.
Klik op Klantnotificaties.
Klik in de sectie Retouren op Retour aangemaakt.
Klik op Code bewerken.
Zoek de eerste instantie van {% if return_delivery.type == 'shopify_label' %} en werk vervolgens de verzendinstructies voor de retourzending bij:
1. Zoek de coderegel <p class="return-creation__subtitle">...</p>.
2. Voeg het volgende codeblok toe na de coderegel:

Voeg ruilorderregels toe en update de titel voor retourartikelen:
1. Zoek de tag <h3>Returned items</h3>.
