E-mailnotificatie 'Retour goedgekeurd' updaten voor omruilingen

Als je winkel aangepaste notificatietemplates gebruikt, moet je mogelijk je e-mailnotificatie Retour goedgekeurd handmatig updaten zodat deze werkt wanneer je omruilartikelen aan een retour toevoegt.

Voor deze wijzigingen is bekendheid vereist met de code die wordt gebruikt in de notificatietemplates van Shopify. Als je templates sterk zijn aangepast en je niet zeker weet hoe je de benodigde wijzigingen moet toepassen, neem dan contact op met de ontwikkelaar die de wijzigingen heeft aangebracht of klik op Terugzetten naar standaard om je template naar de oorspronkelijke staat te herstellen. Wanneer je de template terugzet naar de standaardinstelling, worden al je aanpassingen verwijderd, maar de standaardtemplate zorgt ervoor dat je de meest actuele templateversie hebt.

Je kunt de notificatie Retour goedgekeurd updaten met de volgende wijzigingen:

Bij omruilingen met een te betalen bedrag kan een klant nu een betaalactie (de knop Nu betalen) in de retoure-mail ontvangen. Dit omvat updates van het instructiegedeelte van de e-mail om het openstaande saldo van een klant weer te geven. De instructies worden bovendien naar de bovenkant van de e-mail verplaatst.
Een nieuwe sectie die omruilartikelen weergeeft onder de kop Artikelen die je ontvangt en de naam van de sectie Geretourneerde artikelen wijzigt in Te retourneren artikelen.
Er wordt een financieel overzicht opgenomen in de retoure-mail met de kosten van de retour- en omruilartikelen en eventuele retourkosten.

Stappen:

Ga in je Shopify-beheercentrum naar Instellingen > Notificaties.
Klik op Klantnotificaties.
Klik in de sectie Retouren op Retouraanvraag goedgekeurd.
Klik op Code bewerken.
Update de subtitel om logica voor verzending en het ordersaldo op te nemen:
1. Zoek de eerste coderegel {% if has_label_attached %}.
2. Vervang het bestaande codeblok door het volgende codeblok:
