Jika kedai anda menggunakan templat pemberitahuan tersuai, anda mungkin perlu mengemaskinikan pemberitahuan e-mel Pemulangan dicipta anda secara manual untuk memastikan pemberitahuan tersebut berfungsi apabila anda menambahkan item pertukaran pada pemulangan.

Perubahan ini memerlukan anda membiasakan diri dengan kod yang digunakan dalam templat pemberitahuan Shopify. Jika templat anda sangat tersuai dan anda tidak pasti cara untuk menggunakan perubahan yang perlu, hubungi pembangun yang membuat perubahan tersebut atau klik Kembali kepada lalai untuk memulihkan templat anda kepada keadaan asalnya. Anda boleh mengemaskinikan pemberitahuan Pemulangan dicipta untuk menyertakan perubahan berikut:

Untuk pertukaran belum bayar bersih, pelanggan kini boleh menerima tindakan pembayaran (butang Bayar sekarang) dalam e-mel pemulangan mereka. Perkara ini termasuk kemaskinian pada bahagian arahan e-mel untuk memaparkan baki tertunggak yang pelanggan boleh berhutang dan arahan tersebut dialihkan ke bahagian atas e-mel.
Bahagian baharu yang memaparkan item pertukaran di bawah tajuk Item yang akan anda terima dan menamakan semula bahagian Item yang dipulangkan kepada Item untuk dipulangkan.
Ringkasan kewangan disertakan sebagai sebahagian daripada e-mel pemulangan dengan kos pemulangan dan item pertukaran, serta yuran pemulangan yang berkenaan.

Klik Pemberitahuan pelanggan.
