Se il tuo negozio utilizza modelli di notifica personalizzati, potrebbe essere necessario aggiornare manualmente la notifica email Rimborso dell'ordine per garantire che funzioni quando aggiungi articoli di cambio a un reso.
Queste modifiche richiedono familiarità con il codice utilizzato nei modelli di notifica di Shopify. Se i modelli sono molto personalizzati e non sai come applicare le modifiche necessarie, contatta lo sviluppatore che ha apportato le modifiche o clicca su Ripristina impostazioni predefinite per ripristinare il modello allo stato originale. Quando ripristini le impostazioni predefinite, tutte le personalizzazioni vengono rimosse, ma il modello predefinito ti assicura di disporre della versione del modello più recente.

Puoi aggiornare la notifica Rimborso dell'ordine con i nuovi blocchi di codice per le modifiche alle voci e alla riga del subtotale.
Il nuovo blocco di codice per le modifiche alle voci aggiunge gli stati delle voci per identificare gli articoli di reso e di cambio nel riepilogo dell'ordine.
Il nuovo blocco di codice per le modifiche alla riga del subtotale aggiunge una data e identifica il tipo di metodo di rimborso. Include anche la spedizione del reso e le commissioni di riassortimento, ove applicabile.
Passaggi:
Dal pannello di controllo Shopify, vai su Impostazioni > Notifiche.
Clicca su Notifiche per i clienti.
Nella sezione Eccezioni ordine, clicca su Rimborso dell'ordine.
Clicca su Modifica codice.
Aggiorna il blocco di codice per le modifiche alle voci:
- Individua il blocco di codice predefinito per le modifiche alle voci.
- Copia il nuovo blocco di codice per le modifiche alle voci e sostituisci il blocco di codice predefinito con quello nuovo.
Aggiorna il blocco di codice per le modifiche alla riga del subtotale:
- Individua il blocco di codice predefinito per le modifiche alla riga del subtotale.
- Copia il nuovo blocco di codice per le modifiche alla riga del subtotale e sostituisci il blocco di codice predefinito con quello nuovo.
Clicca su Salva.
