Ažuriranje obavijesti e-poštom o kreiranom povratu za zamjene

Ako vaša trgovina upotrebljava prilagođene predloške obavijesti, možda ćete morati ručno ažurirati obavijest e-poštom Povrat kreiran kako biste osigurali da funkcionira kada dodate stavke za zamjenu povratu.

Za ove je promjene potrebno poznavanje koda koji se upotrebljava u predlošcima obavijesti za Shopify. Ako su vaši predlošci uvelike prilagođeni i niste sigurni kako primijeniti potrebne promjene, obratite se programeru koji je napravio promjene ili kliknite na Vrati na zadano da biste vratili predložak u izvorno stanje. Kada ga vratite na zadano, sve se vaše prilagodbe uklanjaju, ali zadani predložak jamči da imate najnoviju verziju predloška.

Možete ažurirati obavijest Povrat kreiran kako bi uključivala sljedeće promjene:

Za zamjene s neto iznosom za plaćanje, korisnik sada može primiti radnju za plaćanje (gumb Plati odmah) u e-poruci o povratu. To uključuje ažuriranja dijela e-poruke s uputama kako bi se prikazao nepodmireni saldo koji korisnik može dugovati, a upute se pomiču na vrh e-poruke.
Novi odjeljak koji prikazuje stavke za zamjenu pod naslovom Stavke koje ćete primiti i preimenuje odjeljak Vraćene stavke u Stavke za povrat.
Financijski sažetak uključen je kao dio e-poruke o povratu s troškom stavki za povrat i zamjenu te primjenjivim naknadama za povrat.

Koraci:

U administratorskom alatu za Shopify idite na Postavke > Obavijesti.
Kliknite na Obavijesti za korisnike.
U odjeljku Povrati kliknite na Izrađen povrat.
Kliknite Uredi kôd.
Pronađite prvo pojavljivanje koda {% if return_delivery.type == 'shopify_label' %}, a zatim ažurirajte upute za dostavu za povrat:
