Ažuriranje obavijesti e-poštom o fakturi za narudžbu za zamjene

Ako vaša trgovina upotrebljava prilagođene predloške obavijesti, možda ćete morati ručno ažurirati obavijest e-poštom Faktura za narudžbu kako biste osigurali da funkcionira kada dodate stavke za zamjenu u povrat.

Ove promjene zahtijevaju poznavanje koda koji se upotrebljava u predlošcima obavijesti platforme Shopify. Ako su vaši predlošci uvelike prilagođeni, a niste sigurni kako primijeniti potrebne promjene, obratite se programeru koji je napravio te promjene ili kliknite na Vrati na zadano kako biste vratili predložak u prvobitno stanje. Kada vratite na zadano, sve se vaše prilagodbe uklanjaju, ali zadani predložak osigurava da imate najnoviju verziju predloška.

Obavijest Faktura za narudžbu možete ažurirati pomoću novog bloka koda za promjene linije artikla. Taj blok koda dodaje statuse linija artikala za identifikaciju stavki povrata i zamjene u sažetku narudžbe.

U svojoj administratorskoj ploči platforme Shopify idite na Postavke > Obavijesti.
Kliknite na Obavijesti za kupce.
U odjeljku Iznimke za narudžbe kliknite na Faktura za narudžbu.
Kliknite na Uredi kod.
Pronađite zadani blok koda za promjene linije artikla.
Kopirajte novi blok koda za promjene linije artikla i njime zamijenite zadani blok koda.
Kliknite na Spremi.
