Palautus luotu -sähköposti-ilmoituksen päivittäminen vaihtoja varten

Jos kauppasi käyttää mukautettuja ilmoitusmalleja, sinun on ehkä päivitettävä Palautus luotu -sähköposti-ilmoitus manuaalisesti, jotta se toimii, kun lisäät vaihtotuotteita palautukseen.

Nämä muutokset edellyttävät Shopifyn ilmoitusmalleissa käytettävän koodin tuntemusta. Jos mallisi on pitkälle mukautettu etkä ole varma, miten tarvittavat muutokset tehdään, ota yhteyttä muutokset tehneeseen kehittäjään tai palauta malli alkuperäiseen tilaansa valitsemalla Palauta oletusasetukset. Kun palautat oletusasetukset, kaikki mukautuksesi poistetaan, mutta oletusmalli varmistaa, että käytössäsi on uusin mallin versio.

Voit päivittää Palautus luotu -ilmoituksen sisältämään seuraavat muutokset:

Nettomaksullisten vaihtojen osalta asiakas voi nyt saada palautussähköpostiinsa maksutoiminnon (Maksa nyt -painike). Tämä sisältää päivityksiä sähköpostin ohjeosioon, jotta se vastaa asiakkaan mahdollista jäljellä olevaa saldoa, ja ohjeet siirretään sähköpostin alkuun.
Uusi osio, jossa näytetään vaihtotuotteet otsikon Tuotteet, jotka saat alla ja jossa Palautetut tuotteet -osio nimetään uudelleen muotoon Palautettavat tuotteet.
Palautussähköpostiviestiin sisältyy taloudellinen yhteenveto, joka sisältää palautus- ja vaihtotuotteiden kulut sekä sovellettavat palautusmaksut.

Vaiheet:

Siirry Shopifyn ohjausnäkymässä kohtaan Asetukset > Ilmoitukset.
Valitse Asiakasilmoitukset.
Valitse Palautukset-osiossa Palautus luotu.
Valitse Muokkaa koodia.
Etsi ensimmäinen esiintymä koodista {% if return_delivery.type == 'shopify_label' %} ja päivitä sitten palautuksen toimitusohjeet:
1. Etsi koodirivi <p class="return-creation__subtitle">...</p>.
2. Lisää seuraava koodilohko koodirivin jälkeen:
