”Palautus hyväksytty” -sähköposti-ilmoituksen päivittäminen vaihtoja varten

Jos kaupassasi käytetään mukautettuja ilmoitusmalleja, sinun on ehkä päivitettävä Palautus hyväksytty -sähköposti-ilmoituksesi manuaalisesti varmistaaksesi, että se toimii, kun lisäät vaihtotuotteita palautukseen.

Nämä muutokset edellyttävät Shopifyn ilmoitusmalleissa käytettävän koodin tuntemusta. Jos mallisi ovat erittäin mukautettuja etkä ole varma, miten tarvittavat muutokset tehdään, ota yhteyttä muutokset tehneeseen kehittäjään tai palauta malli alkuperäiseen tilaansa valitsemalla Palauta oletusasetukset. Kun palautat oletusasetukset, kaikki mukautuksesi poistetaan, mutta oletusmalli varmistaa, että käytössäsi on uusin malliversio.

Päivitä ”Palautus hyväksytty” -sähköposti-ilmoitus

Voit päivittää Palautus hyväksytty -ilmoituksen sisältämään seuraavat muutokset:

  • Maksettavien vaihtojen osalta asiakas voi nyt saada palautussähköpostiinsa maksuun liittyvän toiminnon (Maksa nyt -painike). Tähän sisältyy sähköpostin ohjeosion päivityksiä, jotka vastaavat asiakkaan maksamatonta saldoa, ja ohjeet siirretään sähköpostin yläosaan.
  • Uusi osio, joka näyttää vaihtotuotteet otsikon Saatavat tuotteet alla ja nimeää Palautetut tuotteet -osion uudelleen nimellä Palautettavat tuotteet.
  • Palautussähköpostiin sisällytetään taloudellinen yhteenveto, joka sisältää palautus- ja vaihtotuotteiden kulut sekä sovellettavat palautusmaksut.

Vaiheet:

  1. Siirry Shopifyn ohjausnäkymässä kohtaan Asetukset > Ilmoitukset.

  2. Valitse Asiakasilmoitukset.

  3. Valitse Palautukset-osiossa Palautuspyyntö hyväksytty.

  4. Valitse Muokkaa koodia.

  5. Päivitä alaotsikko sisältämään toimitusta ja tilauksen saldoa koskevan logiikan:

    1. Etsi ensimmäinen {% if has_label_attached %}-koodirivi.
