Si la tienda usa plantillas de notificación personalizadas, es posible que necesites actualizar manualmente la notificación por correo electrónico Devolución creada para que funcione cuando agregues artículos de cambio a una devolución.

Estos cambios requieren conocer el código que se usa en las plantillas de notificación de Shopify. Si las plantillas están muy personalizadas y no sabes cómo aplicar los cambios necesarios, contacta a la persona desarrolladora que los hizo o haz clic en Restablecer valores predeterminados para recuperar el estado original de la plantilla. Puedes actualizar la notificación Devolución creada para incluir los siguientes cambios:

En cambios con saldo pendiente por pagar, ahora el cliente puede recibir una acción de pago (botón Pagar ahora) en el correo de la devolución. Esto incluye actualizaciones en la sección de instrucciones del correo para reflejar el saldo pendiente que el cliente puede adeudar, y las instrucciones se mueven a la parte superior del correo.
Una sección nueva que muestra los artículos de cambio bajo el encabezado Artículos que recibirás y renombra la sección Artículos devueltos a Artículos para devolver.
Se incluye un resumen financiero como parte del correo de la devolución, con el costo de los artículos de devolución y de cambio, y las tarifas de devolución aplicables.

Pasos:

En el panel de control de Shopify, ve a Configuración > Notifications.
Haz clic en Notificaciones para clientes.
En la sección Devoluciones, haz clic en Devolución creada.
Haz clic en Editar código.
Ubica la primera instancia de {% if return_delivery.type == 'shopify_label' %} y luego actualiza las instrucciones de envío de la devolución:
