Actualizar la notificación por correo electrónico de la factura del pedido para cambios
Si la tienda usa plantillas de notificación personalizadas, quizá sea necesario actualizar manualmente la notificación por correo electrónico de Factura del pedido para garantizar que funcione cuando agregues artículos de cambio a una devolución.
Estos cambios requieren conocimientos del código que se usa en las plantillas de notificación de Shopify. Si las plantillas están muy personalizadas y no tienes claro cómo aplicar los cambios necesarios, comunícate con la persona desarrolladora que los implementó o haz clic en Restablecer valores predeterminados para volver la plantilla a su estado original. Cuando restableces los valores predeterminados, se eliminan todas las personalizaciones, pero la plantilla predeterminada garantiza que tengas la versión de plantilla más reciente.

Actualizar la notificación por correo electrónico de la factura del pedido
Puedes actualizar la notificación de Factura del pedido con un nuevo bloque de código de cambios en las líneas de artículo. Este bloque agrega estados a las líneas de artículo para identificar los artículos de devolución y de cambio en el resumen del pedido.
En el panel de control de Shopify, ve a Configuración > Notificaciones.
Haz clic en Notificaciones para clientes.
En la sección Excepciones de pedidos, haz clic en Factura del pedido.
Haz clic en Editar código.
Ubica el bloque de código predeterminado de cambios en las líneas de artículo.
Copia el nuevo bloque de código de cambios en las líneas de artículo y reemplaza el bloque predeterminado por el nuevo.
Haz clic en Guardar.
