Requirements for using an Epson T88 series receipt printer

Before you set up the Epson T88 series receipt printer with Shopify POS, make sure that your store and devices meet the following hardware and software requirements:

  • You use Shopify POS.

  • You have a compatible iPad running iOS 15 or higher, an iPhone running iOS 15 or higher, or a compatible Android device running version 10 or higher.

  • For USB connection, you need to use the POS Hub.

  • For an Ethernet connection, you need an Ethernet cable.
