BBPOS WisePad 3 Card Reader
The BBPOS WisePad 3 Card Reader is a PCI-compliant card reader for Shopify POS. You can use it to accept chip and contactless payments with an iPad, iPhone, or Android device. The reader accepts tap, chip, and PIN payments from major card brands including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

When you're ready to start using the WisePad 3 card reader, you need to connect it to Shopify POS. To connect the reader, review Setting up the BBPOS WisePad 3 Card Reader. The reader connects in the following ways:
- Wirelessly through Bluetooth
- To iPads through USB-C using the Shopify POS Hub
- To Android devices using a USB-C cable
