When you create a WhatsApp campaign, you can also add a quick reply button, so that when customers reply to your campaign with messages that contain certain keywords, they receive an automated response from your store. Learn more about setting up keyword replies.
Your store name and an unsubscribe URL are included in each campaign by default. You can send WhatsApp marketing campaigns only to customers who have opted in to WhatsApp marketing. For more information, refer to Set up marketing consent for WhatsApp.
