Add products to WordPress site

You can use the Shopify plugin to display products and collections on WordPress pages and posts.

Customers can access product details, including title, price, images, and variants, from a WordPress page or post. A collection displays as a customizable product grid.

Changes that you make to products and collections in your Shopify admin, such as prices, images, descriptions, or availability, automatically sync with your WordPress site.

You can hide a product from WordPress by changing its availability in the Sell on WordPress sales channel in your Shopify admin. You can also change the availability of a collection in the Sell on WordPress sales channel in your Shopify admin.

Requirements for displaying Shopify products on your WordPress site

Before you can display products and collections on your WordPress site, you need to meet the following requirements:

• The Sell on WordPress sales channel is installed in your Shopify admin
• Shopify plugin is installed on WordPress
• Your WordPress site is connected to Shopify
• Your products are available in the Sell on WordPress sales channel
• Your collections are available in the Sell on WordPress sales channel

Add products to a WordPress page or post

Steps:

1. In your WordPress admin, navigate to the Pages section.
2. Click the page where you want your product to appear, or create a new page.
3. From the Blocks tab, search for Shopify or locate the Shopify blocks, and then click Add a Shopify product.
4. From the sidebar, under Block settings, search for, and then select the products you want to display from the dropdown menu.
5. Click Save.
6. Optional: Preview the page to confirm the product has displayed correctly by clicking the Preview icon.

Add collections to a WordPress page

Steps:

1. In your WordPress admin, navigate to the Pages section.
2. Click the page where you want your collection to appear, or create a brand new page.
3. From the Blocks tab, search for Shopify or locate the Shopify blocks, and then click Add a Shopify collection.
4. From the sidebar, under Block settings, search for, and then select the collection you want to display from the dropdown menu.
5. Choose the number of products to display per row and per page. The new layout displays when you preview the page.
6. Click Save.
7. Optional: Preview the page to confirm the product has displayed correctly by clicking the Preview icon.
