Customization options for upgrading customer accounts
This article describes the different solutions available to customize and add more features to your customer accounts pages by category, including the following options, when available:
To translate your changes, or localize content for specific markets, use the Translate & Adapt app.
Right-to-left (RTL) layouts are also supported in customer accounts, but translations for RTL languages aren't provided by default. You can add languages to your store and provide your own translations.
Shopify App Store
App developers must provide translations for their app blocks. You can't customize the default content in an app block unless the app developer provides settings to do this.
Unsupported
You can't edit the default content for the verification code email that customers receive when they sign in with their email address.

Shopify features
There are several ways customers can sign in. After a customer signs in, they stay signed in for 365 days. When they return to your store within that timeframe, they don't have to sign in again.
Passwordless sign-in by email:
Customers can sign in by entering their email and a one-time code. On iOS, the one-time code displays as an auto-complete option above the keyboard, so the customer can enter the code without going to their email app.
Sign in with Shop (one-click sign-in or passwordless sign-in by SMS):
If you have Shop Pay active, then Sign in with Shop is available as a sign-in option automatically. This accelerates the sign-in process in a few ways:
If the customer is already recognized through Shop, then they can sign in with one click of a button without navigating away to their phone or email.
If the customer isn't recognized, then entering their email prompts them to sign in with SMS and a one-time code, sent to the phone number tied to their Shop account. If a phone number isn't linked to their Shop account, then a one-time code is sent to their email.
With your own identity provider, you can offer more ways to sign in, including more social sign-in options, SMS one-time password (OTP), passwords, and more, depending on the capabilities of your identity provider.
Unsupported
Passwords aren't supported. Passwordless sign-in means that everyone that signs in has verified that they have access to their email address. This is more secure and helps reduce spam accounts. Passwordless sign-in also means that your customers never have to reset their password.
