Ürün değişimi için iade onaylandı e-posta bildirimini güncelleme

Mağazanızda kişiselleştirilmiş bildirim şablonları kullanılıyorsa bir iadeye ürün değişimi ürünleri eklediğinizde çalışmasını sağlamak için İade onaylandı e-posta bildiriminizi manuel olarak güncellemeniz gerekebilir.

Bu değişiklikler, Shopify'ın bildirim şablonlarında kullanılan koda aşinalık gerektirir. Şablonlarınız büyük ölçüde kişiselleştirilmişse ve gerekli değişiklikleri nasıl uygulayacağınızdan emin değilseniz değişiklikleri yapan geliştiriciyle iletişime geçin veya şablonunuzu orijinal durumuna geri yüklemek için Varsayılana geri döndür seçeneğine tıklayın. Varsayılana geri döndürdüğünüzde tüm kişiselleştirmeleriniz kaldırılır ancak varsayılan şablon, en güncel şablon sürümüne sahip olmanızı sağlar.

İade onaylandı bildirimini, aşağıdaki değişiklikleri içerecek şekilde güncelleyebilirsiniz:

Net ödemesi gereken ürün değişimleri için müşteri artık iade e-postasında bir ödeme işlemi (Şimdi öde düğmesi) alabilir. Buna, müşterinin borçlu olabileceği ödenmeyi bekleyen bakiyeyi yansıtmak üzere e-postanın talimatlar kısmında yapılan güncellemeler dahildir ve talimatlar e-postanın en üstüne taşınır.
Ürün değişimi ürünlerinin Alacağınız ürünler başlığı altında gösterildiği ve İade edilen ürünler bölümünün İade edilecek ürünler olarak yeniden adlandırıldığı yeni bir bölüm.
İade ve ürün değişimi ürünlerinin maliyetini ve geçerli iade ücretlerini içeren bir finansal özet, iade e-postasının bir parçası olarak eklenir.

Adımlar:

Shopify yöneticinizden Ayarlar > Bildirimler bölümüne gidin.
Müşteri bildirimleri'ne tıklayın.
İadeler bölümünde İade talebi onaylandı'ya tıklayın.
Kodu düzenle'ye tıklayın.
Kargo ve siparişin bakiyesi için mantık içerecek şekilde alt başlığı güncelleyin:
