Ürün değişimleri için sipariş faturası e-posta bildirimini güncelleme

Mağazanızda kişiselleştirilmiş bildirim şablonları kullanılıyorsa bir iadeye değişim ürünleri eklediğinizde çalışmasını sağlamak için Sipariş faturası e-posta bildiriminizi manuel olarak güncellemeniz gerekebilir.

Bu değişiklikler, Shopify'ın bildirim şablonlarında kullanılan koda aşinalık gerektirir. Şablonlarınız büyük ölçüde kişiselleştirilmişse ve gerekli değişiklikleri nasıl uygulayacağınızdan emin değilseniz değişiklikleri yapan geliştiriciyle iletişime geçin veya şablonunuzu orijinal durumuna geri yüklemek için Varsayılana geri dön'e tıklayın. Varsayılana geri döndüğünüzde tüm kişiselleştirmeleriniz kaldırılır ancak varsayılan şablon, en güncel şablon sürümüne sahip olmanızı sağlar.

Sipariş faturası bildirimini, yeni bir satır öğesi değişiklikleri kod bloğuyla güncelleyebilirsiniz. Bu kod bloğu, sipariş özetindeki iade ve değişim ürünlerini belirlemek için satır öğesi durumları ekler.

Shopify yöneticinizden Ayarlar > Bildirimler sayfasına gidin.
Müşteri bildirimleri'ne tıklayın.
Sipariş istisnaları bölümünde Sipariş faturası'na tıklayın.
Kodu düzenle'ye tıklayın.
Varsayılan satır öğesi değişiklikleri kod bloğunu bulun.
Yeni satır öğesi değişiklikleri kod bloğunu kopyalayın ve varsayılan kod bloğunu bu yeni blokla değiştirin.
Kaydet'e tıklayın.
