Uppdatera e-postaviseringen för skapad retur för byten

Om din butik använder anpassade aviseringsmallar kan du behöva uppdatera din e-postavisering Skapad retur manuellt för att säkerställa att den fungerar när du lägger till bytesartiklar i en retur.

Dessa ändringar kräver att du är bekant med koden som används i Shopifys aviseringsmallar. Om dina mallar är mycket anpassade och du är osäker på hur du ska tillämpa de nödvändiga ändringarna, kontakta utvecklaren som gjorde ändringarna eller klicka på Återställ till standard för att återställa mallen till sitt ursprungliga skick. När du återställer till standard tas alla dina anpassningar bort, men standardmallen säkerställer att du har den senaste mallversionen.

Du kan uppdatera aviseringen Skapad retur så att den inkluderar följande ändringar:

För byten med nettobetalning kan en kund nu få en betalningsåtgärd (knappen Betala nu) i sitt e-postmeddelande om retur. Detta inkluderar uppdateringar av instruktionsdelen i e-postmeddelandet för att återspegla det utestående saldo som en kund kan vara skyldig, och instruktionerna flyttas till toppen av e-postmeddelandet.
Ett nytt avsnitt som visar bytesartiklar under rubriken Artiklar du kommer att få och som byter namn på avsnittet Returnerade artiklar till Artiklar att returnera.
En ekonomisk sammanfattning inkluderas som en del av e-postmeddelandet om retur med kostnaden för retur- och bytesartiklarna samt eventuella returavgifter.

Steg:

Gå till Inställningar > Aviseringar från din Shopify admin.
Klicka på Kundaviseringar.
Klicka på Skapad retur i avsnittet Returer.
Klicka på Redigera kod.
Leta upp den första förekomsten av {% if return_delivery.type == 'shopify_label' %} och uppdatera sedan instruktionerna för returfrakt:
1. Leta upp kodraden <p class="return-creation__subtitle">...</p>.
2. Lägg till följande kodblock efter kodraden:
