Обновление email-уведомления о создании возврата для обменов

Если в вашем магазине используются настроенные шаблоны уведомлений, вам может потребоваться вручную обновить уведомление по электронной почте «Возврат создан», чтобы оно работало при добавлении товаров на обмен в возврат.

Для внесения этих изменений необходимо разбираться в коде, который используется в шаблонах уведомлений Shopify. Если ваши шаблоны были сильно изменены и вы не знаете, как внести необходимые правки, свяжитесь с разработчиком, который вносил изменения, или нажмите «Восстановить по умолчанию», чтобы вернуть шаблон в исходное состояние. При восстановлении по умолчанию все ваши настройки будут удалены, но стандартный шаблон гарантирует, что у вас будет самая последняя версия шаблона.

Обновление уведомления по электронной почте «Возврат создан»

Вы можете обновить уведомление «Возврат создан», включив в него следующие изменения:

  • При обменах с доплатой клиент теперь может получить в письме о возврате призыв к действию (кнопка «Оплатить сейчас»). Это включает обновление раздела инструкций в письме, чтобы отразить непогашенный остаток, который должен оплатить клиент. Инструкции перенесены в верхнюю часть письма.
  • Новый раздел, в котором отображаются товары на обмен под заголовком «Товары, которые вы получите», а раздел «Возвращаемые товары» переименовывается в «Товары к возврату».
  • В письмо о возврате включена финансовая сводка со стоимостью возвращаемых и обмениваемых товаров, а также с применимыми комиссиями за возврат.

Инструкции:

  1. В панели администратора Shopify перейдите в Настройки > Уведомления.

  2. Нажмите Уведомления для клиентов.

  3. В разделе Возвраты нажмите Возврат создан.

  4. Нажмите Редактировать код.

  5. Найдите первое вхождение {% if return_delivery.type == 'shopify_label' %} и обновите инструкции по обратной доставке:

    1. Найдите строку кода <p class="return-creation__subtitle">...</p>.
    2. Добавьте следующий блок кода после этой строки:
