Oppdatere e-postvarsel om opprettet retur for bytter

Hvis butikken din bruker tilpassede varselmaler, kan det hende du må oppdatere e-postvarselet Opprettet retur manuelt for å sikre at det fungerer når du legger til byttevarer i en retur.

Disse endringene krever kjennskap til koden som brukes i Shopifys varselmaler. Hvis malene dine er svært tilpasset og du er usikker på hvordan du bruker de nødvendige endringene, kan du kontakte utvikleren som utførte endringene eller klikke på Tilbakestill til standard for å gjenopprette malen til den opprinnelige tilstanden. Når du tilbakestiller til standard, fjernes alle tilpasningene, men standardmalen sikrer at du har den nyeste malversjonen.

Du kan oppdatere varselet Opprettet retur til å inkludere følgende endringer:

For bytter der kunden må betale mellomlegg, kan en kunde nå motta en betalingshandling (Betal nå-knappen) i retur-e-posten. Dette inkluderer oppdateringer av instruksjonsdelen av e-posten for å gjenspeile den utestående saldoen en kunde kan skylde, og instruksjonene flyttes til toppen av e-posten.
En ny seksjon som viser byttevarer under overskriften Varer du vil motta, og som gir seksjonen Returnerte varer det nye navnet Varer som skal returneres.
Et økonomisk sammendrag er inkludert som en del av retur-e-posten med kostnaden for retur- og byttevarene, og gjeldende returgebyrer.

Gå til Innstillinger > Varsler fra Shopify-administrator.
Klikk på Kundevarsler.
I Returer-seksjonen klikker du på Opprettet retur.
Klikk på Rediger kode.
