El. pašto pranešimo „Grąžinimas patvirtintas“ atnaujinimas dėl keitimų

Jei Jūsų parduotuvėje naudojami pritaikyti pranešimų šablonai, Jums gali tekti rankiniu būdu atnaujinti el. pašto pranešimą „Grąžinimas patvirtintas“, kad jis veiktų, kai pridedate keičiamus daiktus prie grąžinimo.

Šiems pakeitimams atlikti reikia išmanyti kodą, naudojamą „Shopify“ pranešimų šablonuose. Jei Jūsų šablonai yra labai pritaikyti ir Jūs nežinote, kaip atlikti reikiamus pakeitimus, susisiekite su kūrėju, kuris atliko pakeitimus, arba spustelėkite „Grįžti į numatytuosius nustatymus“, kad atkurtumėte pradinę šablono būseną. Kai grįšite į numatytuosius nustatymus, visi Jūsų pritaikymai bus pašalinti, tačiau numatytasis šablonas užtikrins, kad turėsite naujausią šablono versiją.

Galite atnaujinti pranešimą „Grąžinimas patvirtintas“, įtraukdami šiuos pakeitimus:

  • Keitimų su priemoka atveju klientas dabar gali gauti mokėjimo veiksmą (mygtuką „Mokėti dabar“) grąžinimo el. laiške. Tai apima el. laiško instrukcijų dalies atnaujinimą, kad būtų matomas kliento neapmokėtas likutis, o pačios instrukcijos perkeliamos į el. laiško viršų.
  • Naujas skyrius, kuriame keičiami daiktai rodomi po antrašte „Gausimi daiktai“, o skyrius „Grąžinti daiktai“ pervadinamas į „Grąžinami daiktai“.
  • Kaip grąžinimo el. laiško dalis įtraukiama finansinė santrauka, kurioje nurodoma grąžinamų ir keičiamų daiktų kaina bei taikomi grąžinimo mokesčiai.

Žingsniai:

  1. Savo „Shopify“ administratoriaus skydelyje eikite į Nustatymai > Pranešimai.

  2. Spustelėkite Klientų pranešimai.

  3. Skyriuje „Grąžinimai“ spustelėkite „Grąžinimo užklausa patvirtinta“.

  4. Spustelėkite „Redaguoti kodą“.

  5. Atnaujinkite paantraštę, kad įtrauktumėte pristatymo ir užsakymo likučio logiką:

    1. Suraskite pirmą kodo eilutę {% if has_label_attached %}.
