교환을 위한 반품 승인 이메일 알림 업데이트

스토어에서 맞춤 설정된 알림 템플릿을 사용하는 경우, 반품에 교환 품목을 추가할 때 알림이 작동하도록 반품 승인 이메일 알림을 수동으로 업데이트해야 할 수 있습니다.

이러한 변경 사항을 적용하려면 Shopify 알림 템플릿에 사용되는 코드에 익숙해야 합니다. 템플릿이 많이 맞춤 설정되었고 필요한 변경 사항을 적용하는 방법을 잘 모르는 경우, 변경 작업을 수행한 개발자에게 문의하거나 기본값으로 되돌리기를 클릭하여 템플릿을 원래 상태로 복원하십시오. 기본값으로 되돌리면 모든 맞춤 설정이 제거되지만, 기본 템플릿을 통해 최신 템플릿 버전을 사용할 수 있습니다.

반품 승인 알림을 업데이트하여 다음 변경 사항을 포함할 수 있습니다.

  • 추가 결제가 필요한 교환의 경우, 이제 고객이 반품 이메일에서 결제 작업(지금 결제 버튼)을 받을 수 있습니다. 여기에는 고객이 지불해야 할 미결제 잔액을 반영하도록 이메일의 지침 부분을 업데이트하는 내용이 포함되며, 지침은 이메일 상단으로 이동됩니다.
  • 수령할 품목이라는 제목 아래에 교환 품목을 표시하고 반품된 품목 섹션의 이름을 반품할 품목으로 변경하는 새 섹션이 추가됩니다.
  • 반품 및 교환 품목의 비용과 해당 반품 수수료가 포함된 비용 요약이 반품 이메일에 포함됩니다.

단계:

  1. Shopify 관리자에서 설정 > 알림으로 이동합니다.

  2. 고객 알림을 클릭합니다.

  3. 반품 섹션에서 반품 요청 승인됨을 클릭합니다.
