交換に関する返品作成メール通知を更新する

ストアでカスタマイズされた通知テンプレートを使用している場合は、返品に交換アイテムを追加する際に通知が機能するように、「返品作成」のメール通知を手動で更新する必要がある場合があります。

これらの変更には、Shopify の通知テンプレートで使用されているコードに関する知識が必要です。テンプレートが大幅にカスタマイズされており、必要な変更を適用する方法がわからない場合は、変更を加えた開発者にお問い合わせいただくか、「デフォルトに戻す」をクリックしてテンプレートを元の状態に戻してください。「デフォルトに戻す」をクリックすると、すべてのカスタマイズが削除されますが、デフォルトのテンプレートを使用することで、最新のテンプレートバージョンを確実に使用できます。

「返品作成」のメール通知を更新する

「返品作成」の通知を更新して、以下の変更を含めることができます。

差額の支払いが必要な交換の場合、お客様は返品メールで決済アクション (「今すぐ支払う」ボタン) を受け取れるようになります。これには、お客様が支払うべき未払い残高を反映するためのメールの手順部分の更新が含まれ、手順はメールの冒頭に移動されます。
「受け取るアイテム」という見出しの下に交換アイテムを表示する新しいセクションが追加され、「返品アイテム」セクションの名前が「返品するアイテム」に変更されます。
返品アイテムと交換アイテムの費用、および該当する返品手数料を含む財務サマリーが、返品メールの一部として含まれます。

手順：

管理画面から、[設定] > [通知] に移動します。
[お客様への通知] をクリックします。
「返品」セクションで、[返品作成] をクリックします。
[コードを編集] をクリックします。
