交換に対応するための「返品承認済み」メール通知の更新

ストアでカスタマイズされた通知テンプレートを使用している場合、返品に交換アイテムを追加する際に通知が機能するように、「返品承認済み」メール通知を手動で更新する必要がある場合があります。

これらの変更を行うには、Shopify の通知テンプレートで使用されているコードに精通している必要があります。テンプレートが高度にカスタマイズされており、必要な変更を適用する方法がわからない場合は、変更を行った開発者にお問い合わせいただくか、[デフォルトに戻す] をクリックしてテンプレートを元の状態に復元してください。デフォルトに戻すと、すべてのカスタマイズは削除されますが、デフォルトのテンプレートを使用することで、最新のテンプレートバージョンを確実に入手できます。

「返品承認済み」メール通知を更新する

「返品承認済み」通知を更新して、以下の変更を含めることができます。

差額の支払いが発生する交換の場合、お客様は返品メールで決済アクション ([今すぐ支払う] ボタン) を受け取れるようになります。これには、お客様への請求額となる未払い残高を反映するようにメールの指示部分を更新することも含まれ、指示はメールの冒頭に移動します。
「受け取るアイテム」という見出しの下に交換アイテムを表示する新しいセクションが追加され、「返品済みアイテム」セクションの名前が「返品するアイテム」に変更されます。
返品アイテムと交換アイテムの費用、および適用される返品手数料が記載された財務サマリーが、返品メールの一部として含まれます。

手順：

管理画面から、[設定] > [通知] に移動します。
[お客様への通知] をクリックします。
[返品] セクションで、[返品リクエスト承認済み] をクリックします。
[コードを編集] をクリックします。
発送と注文の残高に関するロジックを含めるように、サブタイトルを更新します。
