交換に対応する注文請求書メール通知の更新

ストアでカスタマイズされた通知テンプレートを使用している場合は、返品に交換アイテムを追加する際に通知が機能するように、手動で「注文請求書」メール通知を更新する必要がある場合があります。

これらの変更を行うには、Shopify の通知テンプレートで使用されているコードに精通している必要があります。テンプレートが高度にカスタマイズされていて、必要な変更を適用する方法がわからない場合は、変更を行った開発者にお問い合わせいただくか、[デフォルトに戻す] をクリックしてテンプレートを元の状態に復元してください。デフォルトに戻すと、すべてのカスタマイズは削除されますが、デフォルトのテンプレートには最新のバージョンが反映されています。

「注文請求書」メール通知を更新する

新しい項目変更コードブロックを使用すると、「注文請求書」通知を更新できます。このコードブロックにより、注文サマリーに、返品アイテムと交換アイテムを識別するための項目ステータスが追加されます。

  1. Shopify 管理画面から、[設定] > [通知] に移動します。

  2. [お客様への通知] をクリックします。

  3. [注文の例外] セクションで、[注文請求書] をクリックします。

  4. [コードを編集] をクリックします。

  5. デフォルトの項目変更コードブロックを見つけます。

  6. 新しい項目変更コードブロックをコピーし、デフォルトのコードブロックを新しいものに置き換えます。

  7. [保存] をクリックします。
