Memperbarui notifikasi email pengembalian dibuat untuk penukaran

Jika toko Anda menggunakan templat notifikasi yang dikustomisasi, Anda mungkin perlu memperbarui notifikasi email Pengembalian dibuat secara manual untuk memastikannya berfungsi saat Anda menambahkan item penukaran ke pengembalian.

Perubahan ini memerlukan pemahaman tentang kode yang digunakan di templat notifikasi Shopify. Jika templat Anda sangat dikustomisasi dan Anda tidak yakin cara menerapkan perubahan yang diperlukan, hubungi developer yang membuat perubahan atau klik Kembalikan ke default untuk memulihkan templat ke keadaan semula. Saat Anda mengembalikan ke default, semua kustomisasi akan dihapus, tetapi templat default memastikan bahwa Anda memiliki versi templat terbaru.

Anda dapat memperbarui notifikasi Pengembalian dibuat untuk menyertakan perubahan berikut:

Untuk penukaran dengan pembayaran bersih, pelanggan kini dapat menerima tindakan pembayaran (tombol Bayar sekarang) di email pengembalian mereka. Ini termasuk pembaruan pada bagian instruksi email untuk mencerminkan saldo terutang yang mungkin harus dibayar oleh pelanggan dan instruksi dipindahkan ke bagian atas email.
Bagian baru yang menampilkan item penukaran di bawah judul Item yang akan Anda terima dan mengubah nama bagian Item yang dikembalikan menjadi Item untuk dikembalikan.
Ringkasan keuangan disertakan sebagai bagian dari email pengembalian dengan biaya pengembalian dan item penukaran, serta biaya pengembalian yang berlaku.

Langkah-langkah:

Dari admin Shopify Anda, buka Pengaturan > Notifikasi.
Klik Notifikasi pelanggan.
Di bagian Pengembalian, klik Pengembalian dibuat.
Klik Edit kode.
Temukan kemunculan pertama {% if return_delivery.type == 'shopify_label' %}, lalu perbarui instruksi Pengiriman Pengembalian:
