Memperbarui notifikasi email pengembalian disetujui untuk penukaran

Jika toko Anda menggunakan templat notifikasi yang dikustomisasi, Anda mungkin perlu memperbarui notifikasi email Pengembalian disetujui secara manual untuk memastikannya berfungsi saat Anda menambahkan item penukaran ke pengembalian.

Perubahan ini memerlukan pemahaman tentang kode yang digunakan dalam templat notifikasi Shopify. Jika templat Anda sangat dikustomisasi dan Anda tidak yakin cara menerapkan perubahan yang diperlukan, hubungi developer yang membuat perubahan tersebut atau klik Kembalikan ke default untuk mengembalikan templat Anda ke keadaan semula. Saat Anda mengembalikan ke default, semua kustomisasi akan dihapus, tetapi templat default memastikan Anda memiliki versi templat terbaru.

Perbarui notifikasi email Pengembalian disetujui

Anda dapat memperbarui notifikasi Pengembalian disetujui untuk menyertakan perubahan berikut:

  • Untuk penukaran yang mengharuskan pembayaran, pelanggan kini dapat menerima tindakan pembayaran (tombol Bayar sekarang) di email pengembaliannya. Ini mencakup pembaruan pada bagian instruksi email untuk mencerminkan saldo terutang yang mungkin harus dibayar pelanggan, dan instruksi tersebut dipindahkan ke bagian atas email.
  • Bagian baru yang menampilkan item penukaran di bawah judul Item yang akan Anda terima dan mengubah nama bagian Item yang dikembalikan menjadi Item untuk dikembalikan.
  • Ringkasan keuangan disertakan sebagai bagian dari email pengembalian, yang berisi biaya item pengembalian dan penukaran, serta biaya pengembalian yang berlaku.

Langkah-langkah:

  1. Dari admin Shopify, buka Pengaturan > Notifikasi.

  2. Klik Notifikasi pelanggan.

  3. Di bagian Pengembalian, klik Permintaan pengembalian disetujui.

  4. Klik Edit kode.

  5. Perbarui subjudul untuk menyertakan logika untuk pengiriman dan saldo pesanan:

    1. Temukan baris kode {% if has_label_attached %} yang pertama.
