Perubahan ini memerlukan pemahaman tentang kode yang digunakan di templat notifikasi Shopify. Jika templat Anda sangat dikustomisasi dan Anda tidak yakin cara menerapkan perubahan yang diperlukan, hubungi developer yang membuat perubahan tersebut atau klik Kembalikan ke default untuk memulihkan templat ke keadaan semula. Blok kode perubahan item pesanan yang baru menambahkan status item pesanan untuk mengidentifikasi item pengembalian dan penukaran di ringkasan pesanan.
Blok kode perubahan baris subtotal yang baru menambahkan tanggal dan mengidentifikasi jenis metode pengembalian dana. Blok ini juga mencantumkan biaya pengiriman pengembalian dan tarif stok ulang jika berlaku.
Langkah-langkah:
Dari admin Shopify Anda, buka Pengaturan > Notifikasi.
Klik Notifikasi pelanggan.
Di bagian Pengecualian pesanan, klik Pengembalian dana pesanan.
Klik Edit kode.
Perbarui blok kode perubahan item pesanan:
- Temukan blok kode perubahan item pesanan default.
- Salin blok kode perubahan item pesanan yang baru, lalu ganti blok kode default dengan yang baru.
Perbarui blok kode perubahan baris subtotal:
- Temukan blok kode perubahan baris subtotal default.
- Salin blok kode perubahan baris subtotal yang baru, lalu ganti blok kode default dengan yang baru.
Klik Simpan.
