Memperbarui notifikasi email invois pesanan untuk penukaran

Jika toko Anda menggunakan templat notifikasi yang dikustomisasi, Anda mungkin perlu memperbarui notifikasi email Invois pesanan secara manual untuk memastikannya berfungsi saat Anda menambahkan item penukaran ke pengembalian.

Perubahan ini memerlukan pemahaman tentang kode yang digunakan di templat notifikasi Shopify. Jika templat Anda sangat dikustomisasi dan Anda tidak yakin cara menerapkan perubahan yang diperlukan, hubungi developer yang membuat perubahan tersebut atau klik Kembalikan ke default untuk memulihkan templat ke keadaan semula. Saat Anda mengembalikannya ke default, semua kustomisasi akan dihapus, tetapi templat default memastikan bahwa Anda memiliki versi templat terbaru.

Perbarui notifikasi email Invois pesanan

Anda dapat memperbarui notifikasi Invois pesanan dengan blok kode perubahan item pesanan yang baru. Blok kode ini menambahkan status item pesanan untuk mengidentifikasi item pengembalian dan penukaran di ringkasan pesanan.

Dari admin Shopify Anda, buka Pengaturan > Notifikasi.
Klik Notifikasi pelanggan.
Di bagian Pengecualian pesanan, klik Invois pesanan.
Klik Edit kode.
Temukan blok kode perubahan item pesanan default.
Salin blok kode perubahan item pesanan yang baru, lalu ganti blok kode default dengan yang baru.
Klik Simpan.
