Ha az üzlete testreszabott értesítési sablonokat használ, akkor lehet, hogy manuálisan kell frissítenie a „Visszavétel létrehozva” e-mail-értesítését, hogy az megfelelően működjön, amikor cseretermékeket ad hozzá egy visszavételhez.

Frissítheti a „Visszavétel létrehozva” értesítést, hogy az a következő módosításokat tartalmazza:

A nettó fizetendő összeggel járó cserék esetén a vásárló a visszavételi e-mailben kaphat egy fizetési műveletet (Fizetés most gombot). Ez magában foglalja az e-mail utasításokat tartalmazó részének frissítését, hogy az tükrözze a vásárló esetlegesen fennálló egyenlegét, és az utasítások az e-mail tetejére kerülnek.
Egy új szakasz, amely a Megkapott tételek fejléc alatt jeleníti meg a cseretermékeket, és a Visszaküldött tételek szakaszt Visszaküldendő tételekre nevezi át.
A visszavételi e-mail részeként egy pénzügyi összefoglaló is szerepel, amely tartalmazza a visszaküldési és csere tételek költségét, valamint az esetleges visszaküldési díjakat.
