A „Visszavétel jóváhagyva” e-mail-értesítés frissítése a cserék kezeléséhez

Ha az üzlete testreszabott értesítési sablonokat használ, akkor lehet, hogy manuálisan kell frissítenie a „Visszavétel jóváhagyva” e-mail-értesítését, hogy az megfelelően működjön, amikor cseretermékeket ad hozzá egy visszavételhez.

Ezek a módosítások a Shopify értesítési sablonjaiban használt kód ismeretét igénylik. Ha a sablonjai nagymértékben testre vannak szabva, és nem biztos benne, hogyan végezze el a szükséges módosításokat, akkor lépjen kapcsolatba a módosításokat végző fejlesztővel, vagy kattintson a „Visszaállítás az alapértelmezettre” gombra, hogy visszaállítsa a sablont az eredeti állapotába. Az alapértelmezettre való visszaállításkor minden testreszabása elvész, de az alapértelmezett sablon biztosítja, hogy a legfrissebb sablonverzióval rendelkezzen.

A „Visszavétel jóváhagyva” értesítést a következő módosításokkal frissítheti:

  • A fizetendő nettó összeggel járó cserék esetén a vásárló mostantól egy fizetési műveletet („Fizetés most” gomb) is kap a visszavételi e-mailben. Ez magában foglalja az e-mail utasításokat tartalmazó részének frissítését, hogy az tükrözze a vásárló által fizetendő fennálló egyenleget, továbbá az utasítások az e-mail tetejére kerülnek.
  • Egy új szakasz, amely a „Várható tételek” fejléc alatt jeleníti meg a cseretermékeket, és a „Visszaküldött tételek” szakaszt „Visszaküldendő tételekre” nevezi át.
  • A visszavételi e-mail részeként egy pénzügyi összefoglaló is megjelenik, amely tartalmazza a visszavételi és cseretermékek költségét, valamint a vonatkozó visszavételi díjakat.

Lépések:

  1. A Shopify adminisztrációs felületén lépjen a Beállítások > Értesítések menüpontra.

  2. Kattintson a „Vásárlói értesítések” lehetőségre.

  3. A Visszavételek szakaszban kattintson a „Visszavételi kérelem jóváhagyva” lehetőségre.

  4. Kattintson a „Kód szerkesztése” gombra.

  5. Frissítse az alcímet, hogy az tartalmazza a szállításra és a rendelés egyenlegére vonatkozó logikát:
