A rendelési számla e-mail-értesítés frissítése cserékhez

Ha az üzlete testreszabott értesítési sablonokat használ, akkor előfordulhat, hogy manuálisan kell frissítenie a Rendelési számla e-mail-értesítést, hogy az biztosan működjön, amikor cseretermékeket ad hozzá egy visszavételhez.

Ezek a módosítások a Shopify értesítési sablonjaiban használt kód ismeretét igénylik. Ha a sablonjai nagymértékben testre vannak szabva, és nem biztos abban, hogyan végezze el a szükséges módosításokat, akkor vegye fel a kapcsolatot a módosításokat végző fejlesztővel, vagy kattintson a Visszaállítás az alapértelmezettre gombra a sablon eredeti állapotának visszaállításához. Az alapértelmezettre való visszaállításkor az összes testreszabás elvész, de az alapértelmezett sablon biztosítja, hogy a legfrissebb sablonverzióval rendelkezzen.

A Rendelési számla e-mail-értesítés frissítése

Frissítheti a Rendelési számla értesítést egy új sorelemváltozás-kódblokkal. Ez a kódblokk sorelem-állapotokat ad hozzá, hogy azonosítsa a visszaküldött és a cseretermékeket a rendelési összefoglalóban.

A Shopify adminisztrációs felületén lépjen a Beállítások > Értesítések részre.
Kattintson a Vásárlói értesítések lehetőségre.
A Rendelési kivételek szakaszban kattintson a Rendelési számla lehetőségre.
Kattintson a Kód szerkesztése gombra.
Keresse meg az Alapértelmezett sorelemváltozás-kódblokk részt.
Másolja ki az Új sorelemváltozás-kódblokk tartalmát, és cserélje le vele az alapértelmezett kódblokkot.
Kattintson a Mentés gombra.
