Using store credit on Shopify POS
You can give a customer store credit as a goodwill gesture, a reward or incentive, or for another reason. You can display store credit and activate it as a payment method in Shopify POS.
After you issue store credit to a customer, they can apply their store credit to any in-person transaction at your retail locations. You can also review a customer's available store credit balance from Shopify POS, and process store credit as a refund for in-person returns.
