Viewing inventory
You can view, search, sort, manage, and filter your inventory on the Inventory page of your Shopify admin, and display, hide, and reorder the columns. You can track your Available, Unavailable, and On hand inventory states across all your locations.
Every product variant is listed at each of your active locations, even those locations that don't fulfill the variant. A variant can have stock at a location even when you don't fulfill orders from there. At those locations, you can still view and update the On hand quantity, but the Available quantity displays a dash because the location isn't used for new orders. The on hand stock can still fulfill orders that were already committed to the location. To change which locations fulfill a variant, you can assign inventory to locations.
