Adding menu links for your collections

After you create a collection, you need to make sure that your customers can find and view it by adding a link to the collection in the menu for your online store.

You can also create a drop-down menu in your online store with a link to a collection.

Before you add any links, make sure that your collection is available on your online store sales channel.

Add a collection to a menu

Desktop

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Content > Menus.

  2. On the Menus page, click the menu that you want to add a collection link to.

  3. In the Menu items section, click Add menu item.

  4. Click the Link field, then click Collections, and then select the collection that you're adding a link for.

  5. Optional: In the Label field, edit the link name that's displayed in the menu.

  6. Click Save.

Mobile

  1. From the Shopify app, tap the Menu icon.

  2. In the Contents menu, tap the arrow down icon, and then tap Menus.

  3. On the Menus page, tap the menu that you want to add a collection link to.

  4. Tap Add menu item.

  5. Tap the Link field, then tap Collections, and then select the collection that you're adding a link for.

  6. Optional: In the Label field, edit the link name that's displayed in the menu.

  7. Tap Save or ✓.
