Managing your Faire sales channel preferences
After you set up the Faire sales channel, you can manage your catalog import, product price sync, inventory sync, and order sync settings from the Preferences page. You can also disconnect your Faire account from Shopify.

Manage your catalog import settings
You can update the following catalog import settings:
- Your product pricing strategy in Shopify
- Your wholesale or retail product price calculations
- Your product case settings
Steps:
From your Shopify admin, go to Sales channels > Faire: Sell Wholesale.
Click Preferences.
In the Catalog import section, adjust your catalog import settings.
Click Save.
Manage your product price sync settings
You can turn product price syncing on or off. When you turn on this setting, your product price changes on Shopify are automatically updated on Faire.
Steps:
From your Shopify admin, go to Sales channels > Faire: Sell Wholesale.
Click Preferences.
In the Price sync section, click Turn on or Turn off.
Click Save.
Manage your inventory sync settings
You can turn inventory syncing on or off. When you turn on this setting, your inventory changes on Shopify are automatically updated on Faire.
Steps:
From your Shopify admin, go to Sales channels > Faire: Sell Wholesale.
Click Preferences.
In the Inventory sync section, click Turn on or Turn off.
Optional: In the Inventory locations section, click Manage locations, and then choose which locations to use for Faire inventory syncing.
Click Save.
Managing your order sync settings
You can choose how you want to sync and display Faire orders details in your Shopify admin. Review the following table to learn more about order sync settings.
| Order sync setting | Description |

| Faire order sync | Select whether to create Faire orders as draft or regular orders in your Shopify admin. |
| Commission | Select how to display Faire commission in your Shopify orders. You can choose to display the commission in the order notes, as a line item, or not to display the commission at all. |
| Order payment status | Choose which payment status to apply to Faire orders in your Shopify admin. |
| Order tags | Choose which tags to apply to Faire orders in your Shopify admin. |
| Order name | Choose how to name Faire orders in your Shopify admin. |
| Deduct inventory for testers | Select whether to deduct inventory in Shopify when your customers order Faire testers. |
Disconnect your Shopify account from Faire
If you no longer want to have your Shopify account connected to Faire, then you can disconnect your account.
Steps:
From your Shopify admin, go to Sales channels > Faire: Sell Wholesale.
Click Overview.
Click Disconnect.
Click Disconnect.
