Managing sales channels
After you add a sales channel to your store, you can find it by clicking Sales channels in the navigation sidebar of your Shopify admin in a web browser. They're also listed in the Settings > Sales channels section.
Although some sales channels are installed through the Shopify App Store, they're displayed in your Shopify admin as Sales channels and not as Apps.
Some sales channels might display multiple channel connections with more than one region or account for you to sync your store to.

Sales channel eligibility
You might need to change your store's settings before you can add a sales channel that has specific eligibility requirements.
If your store isn't eligible for a sales channel, then the channel displays as Unavailable in your Shopify admin. Click You can't add this channel to learn why your store isn't eligible.
Ensure that you review the terms of use for new sales channels before you start using them. For example, some sales channels require or prohibit certain information in your product listings, and some require you to ship your customers' orders within a specific timeframe.

Managing agentic storefronts
You can manage Shopify agentic storefronts in the Agentic storefronts section of the Settings > Sales channels page in your Shopify admin.
Unlike other sales channels, you don't need to install anything to use agentic storefronts such as ChatGPT, Google AI Mode and Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot. Agentic storefronts are active by default for eligible stores.
For more information, refer to Shopify agentic storefronts.
Viewing sales channel dashboards in Shopify Home
Each sales channel has a dashboard where you can view a detailed summary of the channel's recent sales and traffic. You can view how a particular sales channel is performing by selecting it from the drop-down menu in your Shopify Home.
Unsupported sales channels
Shopify promptly notifies the developers of any third-party sales channels about breaking changes, so that they have time to update their channel before it becomes unsupported.
If a sales channel that you're using becomes unsupported, then contact the developer and ask them to update their channel. If you can't reach the developer, then you should uninstall the sales channel.
Because these sales channels are maintained by third-party developers, Shopify can't make any changes or update the channels for you.
