Collaborating with staff and Shopify Partners
The app might display sensitive store information, such as the Shopify Payments configuration. Only give app permissions for Shopify Launch Check to staff members or Shopify Partners you trust to view sensitive store information.
If a task requires changes within your Shopify admin, then the staff member or Shopify Partner needs permissions that correspond to the task in addition to access to the Shopify Launch Check app. For example, if the task is for your online store, then they need Online store permissions. Understanding launch check results
Shopify Launch Check uses AI to analyze your store data and provide launch recommendations. Review all the results before launch to confirm your store's readiness.
Each task in the launch check receives one of the following assessments:
- Ready: Baseline requirements have been met for the task. Review the findings to confirm everything is correct before launch.
- Not ready: Some issues could affect your launch. Review the task findings, make any necessary updates, and then mark as Ready.
- Confirm set up: The technical configuration is correct. Review to confirm this setup aligns with your business needs, and then mark the task as Ready.
- Check manually: This task requires manual review because it can't be verified automatically. Review the guidance provided, complete any necessary actions, and then update the task status.
Reviewing task details
For each task, you can review the following information:
- Assessment: Overall status (Ready, Not Ready, Confirm set up, or Check manually).
- Detailed Findings: Specific information discovered during the check.
- Business Impact Assessment: How this issue might affect your store's performance.
