Ενημέρωση της ειδοποίησης email έγκρισης επιστροφής για ανταλλαγές

Εάν το κατάστημά σας χρησιμοποιεί προσαρμοσμένα πρότυπα ειδοποιήσεων, τότε ίσως χρειαστεί να ενημερώσετε με μη αυτόματο τρόπο την ειδοποίηση email «Εγκεκριμένη επιστροφή» για να βεβαιωθείτε ότι λειτουργεί όταν προσθέτετε είδη ανταλλαγής σε μια επιστροφή.

Αυτές οι αλλαγές απαιτούν εξοικείωση με τον κώδικα που χρησιμοποιείται στα πρότυπα ειδοποιήσεων του Shopify. Αν τα πρότυπά σας είναι ιδιαίτερα προσαρμοσμένα και δεν είστε βέβαιοι για το πώς να εφαρμόσετε τις απαραίτητες αλλαγές, τότε επικοινωνήστε με τον προγραμματιστή που έκανε τις αλλαγές ή κάντε κλικ στην επιλογή Επαναφορά στην προεπιλογή για να επαναφέρετε το πρότυπό σας στην αρχική του κατάσταση. Όταν κάνετε επαναφορά στην προεπιλογή, καταργούνται όλες οι προσαρμογές σας, αλλά το προεπιλεγμένο πρότυπο διασφαλίζει ότι έχετε την πιο πρόσφατη έκδοση προτύπου.

Ενημέρωση της ειδοποίησης email «Εγκεκριμένη επιστροφή»

Μπορείτε να ενημερώσετε την ειδοποίηση «Εγκεκριμένη επιστροφή» ώστε να περιλαμβάνει τις ακόλουθες αλλαγές:

  • Για ανταλλαγές με καθαρό πληρωτέο ποσό, ένας πελάτης μπορεί πλέον να λαμβάνει μια ενέργεια πληρωμής (κουμπί «Πληρωμή τώρα») στο email επιστροφής του. Αυτό περιλαμβάνει ενημερώσεις στο τμήμα οδηγιών του email, ώστε να αντικατοπτρίζεται το ανεξόφλητο υπόλοιπο που μπορεί να οφείλει ένας πελάτης, και οι οδηγίες μετακινούνται στην κορυφή του email.
  • Μια νέα ενότητα που εμφανίζει τα είδη ανταλλαγής κάτω από την επικεφαλίδα «Είδη που θα παραλάβετε» και μετονομάζει την ενότητα «Επιστρεφόμενα είδη» σε «Είδη προς επιστροφή».
  • Περιλαμβάνεται μια οικονομική σύνοψη ως μέρος του email επιστροφής με το κόστος των ειδών επιστροφής και ανταλλαγής και τις ισχύουσες χρεώσεις επιστροφής.

Βήματα:

  1. Από τον Διαχειριστή Shopify, μεταβείτε στις Ρυθμίσεις > Ειδοποιήσεις.

  2. Κάντε κλικ στην επιλογή Ειδοποιήσεις πελατών.

  3. Στην ενότητα Επιστροφές, κάντε κλικ στην επιλογή Εγκεκριμένο αίτημα επιστροφής.

  4. Κάντε κλικ στην επιλογή Επεξεργασία κώδικα.

  5. Ενημερώστε τον υπότιτλο για να συμπεριλάβετε τη λογική για την αποστολή και το υπόλοιπο της παραγγελίας:

    1. Εντοπίστε την πρώτη γραμμή κώδικα {% if has_label_attached %}.
